"Hello Sasha,   I'm so sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. This has been an ongoing issue that started with the company requesting a Coverage Selection form from you that you provided timely and we forwarded over to them. However because of your tenure here with us, This document was not/shouldn't have been required. You were simply adding a vehicle with the same exact coverage as your existing vehicle.   Unfortunately, the company went on and switched the coverages to the default which caused an increase in your premium. That's why the billing states that you owe more than what is your normal installment. The company has been working on removing the additional balance and advised that we take your normal installment until the case is resolved. As of now your account presents in a paid and active status and does not state that you owe any money at the moment. Multiple emails were provided along the way to provide you status of your case. We wish that it was in our power to correct it here from our end. We understand your frustration with the situation. We are doing everything possible to work with home office to accelerate a permanent resolve. Thank you for your patience. "
